Sharon and Gary Goedecke

The first boat they saw as they arrived to the Boats Afloat Show, Sharon and Gary Goedecke knew it was meant to be. Named "Cutie Pie", the Duffy 18 Balboa was a perfect anniversary gift to each other. The Goedecke's now have "Cutie Pie" on Lake Union and are able to cruise around any time they want and take a break from their stand at Pike Place Market where they sell hand printed aprons and totes. Gary and Sharon purchased their Duffy from Arne Thompson.

Anna is a proud new owner of the first new Duffy 18 classic on Lake Union! She took delivery after careful consideration of color choice and christened it "Currently Running". She added her special touch of homemade pillows to match...one of her specialties. Her neighbors in her houseboat community are just as excited as she is so that they too may enjoy Anna's company and cruising in her Duffy.

V'Anne is yet another proud owner of a Duffy on Lake Oswego. She took delivery of her 21 classic and christened it "Watts Of Fun". She enjoys cruising the beautiful canals of Lake Oswego with her many friends and family.

Mike and Karen Hewett

Mike and Karen Hewett are new owners of a Duffy 21 Cruiser christened Ohm on the Lake. She will be moored at their home in Rainier Beach, Lake washington. Mike is a test pilot for a major airline manufacturer. He holds numerous speed and distance records in jet aircraft. Mike and Karen now jointly hold the record for owning the first Duffy on Lake Washington from The Electric Boat Company. The Hewett's purchased their boat from Arne Thompson.

Jack and Joan Leversee

Jack and Joan Leversee took delivery of their brand new Duffy 21 Cruiser and have christened her Joan's Arc! They are the first on Lake Union to purchase a Duffy from the Electric Boat Company! They have the boat moored along side of their house boat and are enjoying their evening cruises around the lake. Jack having commuted to work at the University of Washington everyday by boat rain or shine is enjoying his all weather Duffy! The Leversees purchased their boat from Lyssa Thompson.

George and Noel Miller

George and Noel Miller along with their friend Laurie Luoma are new owners of a duffy 21 Electric Series christened Power Trip. The Millers took delivery of their boat in Port Gamble. George and Laurie made the first crossing of a Duffy Electric Boat accross the Puget Sound to their home in Port Ludlow where they enjoy exploying the harbors with friends and family.
